Imparting soft skills training ARDF conducted soft skills training for students of all vocational courses. Currently, ARDF is conducting courses on basic computers, beauty and styling, stitching and tailoring and chemical plant operating. Aiding in better vision ARDF conducted 13 eye camps reaching out to a total of 3,039 patients. Through these camps, 4,422 patients were provided with spectacles and 82 patients were operated for cataract. Distributing notebooks Training on finance Atul Institute of Vocational Excellence organised financial literacy training in collaboration with the State Bank of India. The training covered topics like UPI payments, the importance of savings. availing loans, insurance and schemes from the government, Atul Rural Development Fund (ARDF) provided over 18,000 notebooks and stationery to 4,430 students of 35 schools in 18 villages. Every year ARDF provides education kits to schools to support the education of these children. 6
