The government school of Rohiyal Jungle village caters to students of three nearby villages. Vanita Dangar was trained and appointed in this school as an adhyapika to cater to the individual needs of the children and help them learn joyfully. She realised that some students were not attending school because their families hesitated to send their children alone as they had to cross the bridge on the Daman Ganga River. To address these concerns of the families, she has been gathering the children every morning and walking along them from the hill route of around 4 km to ensure that students attend school every day. Vanita also looks after the individual needs of the students. The children attending her school speak a regional dialect different from what the appointed teachers speak. Vanita bridges the linguistic gap too by being a mediator when there are difficulties in teaching and learning.
