Recently, we paid tribute to two legendary Indians from the field of business and science, Kasturbhai Lalbhai and Vikram Sarabhai, by organising a two-day workshop on Innovative Education in science and mathematics for 125 teachers from 93 primary schools.
Hosted by Atul Institute of Vocational Excellence, Dharampur, the workshop was jointly organised by Vikram A Sarabhai Community Science Centre (VASCSC) and Atul Foundation, and supported by Oracle.
Through this event, 125 teachers learned innovative methods to teach various concepts of science and mathematics through hands-on activities and models designed by VASCSC. Teachers were also provided with science kits and science magazines.
We believe learning never exhausts the mind and look forward to creating opportunities for members of the Atul family to explore, enrich themselves and empower others as well.
