Atul Institute of Vocational Excellence (AIVE) is a vocational training center that operates under the public-private partnership model with the Development Support Agency of Gujarat, Tribal Development Department, Government of Gujarat, under the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana. It imparts employment-oriented skill training in 12 vocations to tribal youth. With state-of-the-art workshops, laboratories, residential and other infrastructure facilities, AIVE aims to alleviate rural poverty and bring about a qualitative change in the lives of tribal people.

2023-24 highlights

• trained 1,010 students in nine trades
• conducted a financial literacy session for students in association with the State Bank of India
• achieved 81% placement of the trained students
• collaborated with the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development to impart training in four courses to 87 students
